At Innovative Suit Therapy & Fitness, we specialize in the TheraSuit ®  Method. The TheraSuit ®  is a dynamic proprioceptive orthotic that can be worn in conjunction with traditional physical therapy methods. The TheraSuit ®  has a system of resistance bands that provide postural control, midline alignment, and increased joint stability. Utilizing the TheraSuit and the universal exercise units (lovingly referred to as our cages), we are able to provide functional neuromuscular treatment. Various attachments can be connected to the cage to provide unweighted standing, resistance in any plane, gravity reduction or elimination, proprioception, and much more. This functional treatment has many benefits such as preventing muscle atrophy, improving muscle strength, increasing ROM, improving muscle flexibility/preventing muscle contractures, and so much more.

Ideally, intensive sessions consist of 3 hour treatments, 5 days per week for 3 consecutive weeks. If needed, timeframes can also be customized to meet individual client needs.
